PAYMENT
Payment is done by bank transfer.
BOOKING
Upon confirming your booking a deposit of 30% is required and the balance has to be paid one month before arrival.
We will send you the invoice and contract by email. The contract has to be signed and returned to us by email or fax. The booking is confirmed on receiving your deposit and signed contract.
EMBARKATION PROCEDURE
Approximately 3 weeks before your departure date we will send you the information for your embarkation, where and how to find the boat and a contact number.
Embarkation is from 5:00 pm on and the disembarkation is at 9:00 am.
Don’t worry if your ferry is late as the boat will leave only the following morning.
It is also possible to collect some friends of your party on the way. Check with us and we will let you know on which island it is possible to pick them up.
In case you arrive before 5:00 pm you may proceed to the boat and leave your luggage. If you arrive early embarkation will be still at 5:00 pm as crew needs to complete the pre-sailing checks.
THE ITINERARY
After you have chosen your starting and finishing islands we will give you some examples of itineraries.
On your arrival on the boat our skipper will show you the chart and an itinerary will be drawn.
STORAGE ON BOARD
Hard suitcases are a nuisance on the boat as there is no storage facility for them.
The best option is to travel with soft bags that can be easily folded.
In the event of a cabin not being used it can be used for storage.
SAILING
Our skipper will be happy to teach you some sailing.
A.T.M.’s
All islands have A.T.M machines.
You can pay almost everywhere with your credit card. Some cafès, taverna’s and small shops may only accept cash.
Travelers checks can be cashed at most banks.
INTERNET
Most islands have Internet Cafès and wireless Hotspots.
FERRIES
You can find all ferry schedules at www.gtp.gr
It is recommended that you pre-book book your ferry tickets online prior to your departure especially in high season as you may find availability limited.
FLIGHTS
Many islands have airports.
You can find the schedules at the Olympic Air website.
ELECTRICAL POWER ON THE BOAT
The boat is equipped with 220V, 12V and 24V
You can charge your cameras, mobile phones, video cameras, laptops etc on the boat.
The boat is also equipped with a converter that converts from 110V to 220V.
IPODS, CD PLAYERS ETC
We have a radio with USB connection so you can plug in your Ipod.
A HOSTESS
For an extra fee you may to book a hostess who will prepare your breakfasts and light lunches.
She will also keep the boat tidy and assist the skipper.
Please be aware that a hostess has to be booked at least one month prior to your departure.
GROCERIES
On each island you always find a mini market with fresh fruits, vegetables and much more.
Also a bakery can always be found. Some shops are also open on Sundays.
TYPE OF SHOES ON THE BOAT
Shoes with leather soles are not permitted on board because they leave stripes on the teak deck.
